How to request a payment?
Requesting a payment on ACTIYON is very easy!
It can be done in 4 simple steps:
Login on your ACTIYON account and verify your email address.
Go to your profile and click on Payments on the left side bar.
There you will find the amount of your credits. If you click on Request payment, your demand for payment will be sent to our Customer Service.
Once your payment is processed by our Testers Community Manager, you will receive cash on your Paypal account and the amount of your credits on ACTIYON will be set to 0.
Remember that you can only request a payment starting from 20 euros accumulated on your personal account. The payment will be processed within 30 working days.
Please do respect this procedure and refrain from sending multiple requests; we will try to reply to you as soon as possible to confirm your payment.
