Why did I only receive half the credit on my tester account ?
You have just received the balance of your tester account but you realize that you have not received the full amount.
Don't panic, this difference can be explained as follows:
It seems that the people you have sponsored did not verify their email addresses, an important step in the creation and validation of the Actiyon tester account.
If we notice this failure during the verification process that precedes the validation of your payment, we will send you a message to inform you of this failure.
If after 5 days we do not hear back from you as indicated in the email, we will be obliged to withdraw 5€ per sponsored person who has not verified their email address.
Make sure to check your main mailbox and your spams after your payment request.
